This bungalow is located at Villapark Residentie Texel on Roggeslootweg near De Cocksdorp, with the Krimbos forest and the beach nearby. The bungalows at this park are equipped with many conveniences, and there are various facilities at the adjacent De Krim park (for a fee), such as a golf course, swimming pool, children's playground and more.
The house faces south and has a large garden on the waterfront. The bushes provide plenty of shade. There are two terraces with ample seating. Enjoy!
The beach (at pole 28), the Krimbos forest and the lighthouse are easily accessible by bicycle via a cycle and footpath exit on the north-west side of the park near bungalow 654 (in the blue part of the park).
The rental price excludes tourist tax but includes energy costs. The booking fee is €32.50. Upon arrival, you will pay a deposit of €150.00. Upon departure, the mandatory cleaning fee of €100.00 will be deducted. Pets are not permitted in this bungalow. You will receive a discount on the purchase of a swimming pool pass at Park De Krim for each child up to the age of 12.
