Will you arrive at Texel on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday? Keep in mind that our office is closed from 17.30. This relates to picking up your key.

Cancellation risk

It never is pleasant if you have to cancel your holiday due to unforeseen circumstances.

To avoid even more disappointment, make sure that the costs for such a situation are insured. You can participate in our cancellation risk. On booking you can indicate if you want to use this service.

Defibrillator

For the safety of our guests, a defibrillator is available in the Sluftercafé, close to our parks. In case the restaurant is closed, you can collect the key at the reception.

Pets

Pets are welcome in our parks. For both your own holiday pleasure as that of other guests, we do not allow dogs to be left alone in the bungalow. This will avoid potential disturbance to other guests. We do everything possible to rent out clean and tidy bungalows. It would be nice if you could take this into account. That means: no dogs in the bedrooms, on beds or sofas, chairs and tables.

Smoking

De Muy receives many visitors each year. And what’s better than to spend your vacation in a fresh bungalow? We therefore ask smokers to smoke outside. In case you do smoke inside the bungalow, you are only allowed to do so in the living room. That way we keep bedrooms and other rooms smoke-free. Of course wenn Smoking not permitet is, then also not in the Living Room

Cleaning

After a wonderful vacation in Texel, you are getting ready to return home. Time for cleaning! Would you like us to take care of this? Please notify the reception of this at least two days before your departure. Depending on the size of the bungalow, we charge € 50 or € 75. You may also clean the bungalow yourself. The deposit that you pay upon arrival will be reimbursed to you in this case.

De Muy has set guidelines for the final cleaning. The list of tasks can be found in the park map or can be obtained at the key address.
